Founder
Sarah Cohen served as Chief of Staff to the UAE Chief Rabbi following the signing of the Abraham Accords. At age 23, she became Head Speechwriter for Israel's Ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Danon, and has written speeches for senior policymakers including Israel's National Security Advisor Tzachi Hanegbi, Israeli Ambassador Gilad Erdan and Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.​
Sarah has convened, implemented and consulted on numerous Middle East initiatives involving high-level stakeholders, including Secretaries Hillary Rodham Clinton and Jacob Lew. She co-taught an undergraduate course at NYU on countering extremism and speaks regularly on Israel, antisemitism and Middle East topics. Sarah authors the substack "MENA Musings" and has spent extended time in Israel, the UAE, Jordan and Morocco.​ Sarah has served in Jewish Outreach roles on three Democratic presidential campaigns and was appointed to the Jewish Democratic Council of America's National Leadership Council. She is also a member of the Jewish Federations' National Young Leadership Cabinet, Schusterman ROI and Jewish Democratic Women for Action. She served on the advisory board of NYU's Center for the Study of Antisemitism. Sarah holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), where she concentrated in International Security Policy with a Middle East specialization. Her research focused on Qatari foreign policy, Jordanian, Palestinian and Israeli politics, and terrorism and counterterrorism. She graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College with a degree in Religion, focused on Islam, and a minor in Arabic. Her undergraduate thesis on ISIS received high departmental honors.
